Some are called to significantly serve God in the marketplace and to honor Him with their resources (time, skills, and money) to fulfill Kingdom purposes to change lives, communities, and the world for Jesus Christ. We call those individuals Kingdom Builders.
Purpose
Liberty Leadership Institute exists to serve those called and equipped to be Kingdom Builders through leadership development and marketplace coaching.
Vision
To strengthen and educate the Kingdom Builders who practice their God given talents in the marketplace so that they may more fully model the love of Christ in their work, finances, family, and legacy. Simply put, we want to engage, cast, and empower leaders to Kingdom Purpose.
Mission
Liberty Leadership Institute through summits, workshops, team coaching, and individual coaching will increase the vision, leadership, and marketplace skills of both Kingdom Builders and their teams so they are both driven and empowered to leave a Legacy.

Our Approach
Liberty Leadership Institute will utilize a combination of structured large group sessions (Summits + Workshops) along with tailored to a specific Kingdom Builder and/or their team Coaching sessions to challenge, teach and develop Kingdom Builders. In addition, collaboration and networking among participant Kingdom Builders will be stressed to maximize relationship building and accountability. Whether the Kingdom Builders run an organization of one, five, a hundred or a thousand, they will find significant value with the content delivered and the relationships built.
Summits and Workshops
The Summits and Workshops will be structured to repeat in theme and format on an annual basis with 2 Summits and 10 Workshops over a 12 month period. It is envisioned that the delivered content will be broad and deep enough to appeal to the vast majority of Kingdom Builders regardless of knowledge and experience level. It is anticipated that the summit and workshop themes will repeat year to year, but the content will continually be updated to provide fresh insights for Kingdom Builders that participate every year.
